In 1955, Max and Elfriede
Reichart founded the property what is today the "Gasthof Fröhlich".
Originally this was a small pub, were the new spoken hosts served their guests
fresh pint of beer and a bite to eat. In no time at all this small neighbourhood
pub grew
to the town pub. Because of the great location they decided to add on a
few guestrooms.
Not to long everythings was getting to small again and a big
hall with siderooms was building.

Most of the popularity we
got when we founded the "first noseclub in the World"
in the year
1961. Media, radio and TV stations were reporting about this unique Club
witch
has members from all over the world and one of the founders
no other then Max
Reichart himself.

In the year 1976 Max and
Elfriede Reichart retired. Their son Gottfried who
successfully completed his
chef degree in the meantime and his wife Claudia who also
has experience in the
Gastronomie took over the business. In 1981 they did total
renovations and
expanded the Hotel to fifty beds. All the modern guestrooms are equipped
with
private bathrooms, phone & TV and the upper floors are accessible with
elevators.
For any kind of partys,
conventions or family affairs we have facilities for
up to 150 people. In 1989
we did another renovation, this time we gave
a brandnew facelift to our big hall
which is still today one of the most beautiful halls
in the region. Our kitchen
is always ready for the special wiches from our guests.
We offer Homemade Lunch
and Dinner Menu with extra Specialties and Festivities Menu.
Depending on the
time of the year we also serve season specialties.
We would be very happy if
you come and visit us, be a guest in our house and we will
serve you either a
pint of beer, coffee and cake or a platter with cold cuts and bred.
